About these terms
These terms cover repair, sales and rental services provided by Renew Laptop, Satellite, Ahmedabad.
Diagnosis and quotations
We diagnose a fault before recommending a repair. Any figure given before we have examined the device is an estimate based on the symptoms described, and the final price is confirmed after diagnosis. No chargeable work begins until you have agreed to it.
Your data
Please back up your data before leaving a device with us wherever you are able to. While we take care, some repairs carry an inherent risk to data, and a storage drive that is already failing may deteriorate further during any handling. We will tell you where that risk applies.
Parts
We match parts to your specific model. Where an original manufacturer part is not available for a model, we will tell you before fitting a compatible alternative.
Cover on repairs and parts
Cover varies by the repair and the part. The terms that apply to your job are confirmed in writing at the time of the work. Cover does not extend to subsequent accidental damage, liquid damage or damage caused by work carried out by someone else after we return the device.
Devices left with us
Please collect your device promptly once we tell you the work is complete. If you cannot, let us know, and we will agree how long we should hold it.
Devices we buy
Where we buy a device from you, you confirm that it is yours to sell and is not subject to any finance agreement or reported as lost or stolen.
Rental
Rented equipment remains the property of Renew Laptop and must be returned in the condition it was supplied, allowing for normal use. Specific rental terms are agreed at the time of hire.
