We tell you what is actually wrong
Most laptop repair goes wrong in the same way: the symptom gets treated instead of the fault. A black screen becomes a new panel when the real problem was the cable. A dead laptop becomes a new motherboard when one component had failed.
We diagnose first, tell you what we found, and give you a price before we start. If the repair is not worth doing against what the laptop is worth, we will say so.
