Every laptop battery wears out. When yours will not hold a charge, dies without warning, or has started to swell, we test the cell health and fit a replacement that suits your model.
Lithium cells age by charge cycle and by heat. In Ahmedabad the heat matters more than most people expect: a laptop that lives on a desk in a warm room, or on a bed where the vents are blocked, loses capacity noticeably faster than one that stays cool.
A swollen battery is the one to act on immediately. If the trackpad has started to sit proud, the case is bowing, or the laptop rocks on a flat table, stop using it and bring it in. A swelling cell presses on the trackpad and the board, and it is a fire risk.
We read the actual cell health first: cycle count, design capacity against current capacity, and the voltage under load. That tells us whether the battery is genuinely finished or whether the real fault is the charger, the charging port or the charging circuit on the board.
If it is the battery, we fit a replacement matched to your model with the correct voltage, capacity and connector, and we check that the laptop recognises it properly.
Swollen batteries are removed and disposed of responsibly rather than going in the bin. We also check the surrounding parts, because a cell that has expanded often leaves a stressed trackpad or a bowed base that needs attention too.
The same five steps every time, so you always know where your laptop is and what it is going to cost.
We find out what has actually failed rather than replacing the part the symptom points at.
You get told what is wrong, what it will cost and whether the repair is worth doing, before any work starts.
The work is done on the bench with the right parts for your model, not a near enough substitute.
We run the laptop properly afterwards to confirm the fault is gone and nothing else has been disturbed.
You collect it, or we drop it back to you in the areas we cover.

Bapunagar is covered by our free pick-up and drop-off service in east Ahmedabad.
Yes, treat it as urgent. Stop charging the laptop, avoid pressing on the case and bring it in. A swollen cell can damage the trackpad and motherboard, and it is a genuine fire risk.
Most last around three to five years, or roughly 500 to 1000 charge cycles. Heat shortens that, which is why batteries in warm conditions tend to reach the end sooner.
Usually, but not always. It can also be the charger, the charging port or the charging circuit on the motherboard. We test all four rather than assuming.
Yes, including models where the battery is glued into the case and has to be removed carefully rather than unclipped.
Tell us what your laptop is doing and we will tell you what it needs. Diagnosis first, then a clear price, then the repair.
