What we collect
When you contact us, we hold the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and a description of your device and its fault. We use that only to provide the service you asked for.
This website uses standard server logs and, where enabled, website analytics that record pages viewed and general location at city level. This does not identify you personally.
Your device and your data
When you leave a device with us for repair we may need to access it to diagnose and test the fault. We access only what the repair requires. We do not copy, retain or share your personal files.
Where a repair involves backing up or recovering data, that data is kept only for as long as it takes to return it to you, and is then removed from our equipment.
When we buy a used device from you, the storage is erased before the device is resold. If you would prefer to keep the drive, tell us and we will remove it and hand it to you.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to complete a repair, for example with a parts supplier, and only what is needed for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, and then deleted.
