Laptop Repair in Gota
Gota is covered by our free pick-up and drop-off service, so a laptop can be collected from you rather than you making the trip to Satellite.
Covering Gota

We tell you what is actually wrong
Most laptop repair goes wrong in the same way: the symptom gets treated instead of the fault. A black screen becomes a new panel when the real problem was the cable. A dead laptop becomes a new motherboard when one component had failed.
We diagnose first, tell you what we found, and give you a price before we start. If the repair is not worth doing against what the laptop is worth, we will say so.
- Board level repair, not only part replacement
- Parts matched to your exact model
- Work done in front of you if you want to watch
- Free pick-up and drop-off in the areas we cover
How a repair works here
The same five steps every time, so you always know where your laptop is and what it is going to cost.
-
Diagnose
We find out what has actually failed rather than replacing the part the symptom points at.
-
Explain
You get told what is wrong, what it will cost and whether the repair is worth doing, before any work starts.
-
Repair
The work is done on the bench with the right parts for your model, not a near enough substitute.
-
Test
We run the laptop properly afterwards to confirm the fault is gone and nothing else has been disturbed.
-
Deliver
You collect it, or we drop it back to you in the areas we cover.
Common questions
Do you charge for collection from Gota?
No. Pick-up and drop-off is free for Gota. Call us to arrange a time.
How does collection work?
We collect the laptop, diagnose it at the workshop, then call you with what we have found and what it will cost. Nothing is repaired until you agree to it.
Can I bring the laptop in myself instead?
Of course. We are at Shop No. 3 FF, Dev Priya Complex, opposite Natraj Medical, near Seema Hall, Satellite.
What if the laptop cannot be repaired?
We tell you, we explain why, and we make sure you can get your data off it. We will not charge you for work that was never going to hold.
Laptop trouble in Gota?
Tell us what your laptop is doing and we will tell you what it needs. Diagnosis first, then a clear price, then the repair.
